IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty at University

There was only one woman working when my sister and I went in it was around 6pm-7pm and they close at 8pm. The wait time was 14-18 mins. We weren't even in there for 15. She was super fast and our eyebrows looked great after. I wish I got her name because shes amazing. There was so many people in there and she was just getting people in and out but also took the time to ask how my day was and compliment my eyebrows. I've been going here for over a year now and they're always so nice and my eyebrows always look so good after. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at this location for the past 3 years and they have never missed the mark EXCEPT FOR THE LAST TIME! I literally told the lady (she’s the really short one) “I want to keep my eyebrows really thick. I just want them cleaned up around the outside.” And she said to “ok” and nodded her head as if to signal “yes”. She took off half my eyebrows and when she gave me the mirror she could tell I wasn’t happy. I said “I told you I wanted them thick and only to clean up the outside.” And she had the nerve to say “I wanted to make them match as much as I could so I had to take it off”. I proceeded with “that’s not what I asked you to do.” And she just repeated and said sorry. My eyebrows were fine and she did not even “match them”. It upset me so bad. I always tip and didn’t even realize I did it. I think I was in shock but I won’t be returning. I recommend going but make sure if you get yours done, only go to the same person every time. They all do NOT do a good job. This is the 2nd time it happened. It’s really disheartening because I’ve been going here for a few years and the issues started this year with not doing my eyebrows correctly. And I know someone will say “you’re being dramatic” but eyebrows shape your face and paying someone to do a job, just for them to tell you they want to do it their way, yet they are NOT the ones having to walk around with their decision is NOT RIGHT! Now I have thin eyebrows and need to wait a few MONTHS (probably 5) until they grow back to the way they were. Bad experience.
